If you submit the contact form, only the following data is processed:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number (only if you provide it — optional field)
• Project type and the content of your message

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

Your data is processed solely to respond to your inquiry and to communicate with you. The legal basis is legitimate interest and the fulfilment of your request under KVKK art. 5/2(f), together with the explicit consent you give in the form.

Your data is never used for marketing and is not shared with third parties for such purposes.

4. Transfers and Retention

Your form submission is delivered to us as an email via our email infrastructure provider (Resend) and stored in our corporate email service (Google Workspace). These providers may operate servers abroad; the transfer is limited to delivering your request to us, with appropriate safeguards.

Your data is retained for the reasonable period required to conclude your inquiry and any resulting business relationship, and is deleted afterwards.

5. Cookies

This website does not use identifying cookies or tracking technologies, and contains no third-party advertising or tracking code. Cloudflare Turnstile, used to protect the contact form, operates solely to verify that a submission is made by a human.

6. Your Rights under KVKK

Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed
• Request information about such processing
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request deletion or destruction of your data under KVKK art. 7
• Object to results arising against you from exclusively automated processing
• Claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing

You may submit requests regarding these rights through the contact form on this website. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
